King's Way policies requires all children and youth workers to apply via confidential application, background and reference checks prior to serving in these ministries in any capacity.

Vision Statement for Children's Ministry
Our mission is for children to experience God through knowing Him, talking to Him, learning of His love and hiding His word in his/her heart. This experience will encourage children to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to others.
Objectives

Show children who God is and how He can be a part of their lives.

Modeling and teaching so they will know how to pray and speak to God.

Emphasizing and showing God's unconditional love.

Hiding God's word in their heart through understanding and memorizing of scripture.
